Expert on numerous computer platforms and familiar with a variety of programming languages, Tracy has continued to evolve technologically to keep pace with the industry’s transformations. Having graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Mathematics from the University of Illinois, Tracy also holds A+ and Network+ certifications from CompTIA and MCP, MCSA, and MCSE certifications from Microsoft.

A former U.S. Marine with diverse technical experience, Keith has specialized in small and mid-size businesses with expertise in installation, support and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, DMZ, remote network management, Microsoft Exchange Server and a myriad of operating systems, such as Microsoft 2000 & 2003, Small Business Server 2000 & 2003 and Windows 2000 Active Directory. With a BS in Computer Science from Alameda College, Keith has earned a CompTIA A+, Cisco’s CCNA, CNE, and CISSP, Compaq’s ASE and Microsoft’s MCSE certifications.

A member of The Hispanic Leadership Opportunity Program Alumni and fluent in Spanish, Naida is an experienced troubleshooter with expertise in configuring and installing various hardware platforms and software applications. With a B.A. in Multimedia with a concentration in Graphic Design from Columbia College, Nadia is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts and excels in website and graphic design.
